Raytheon - Advance ProductsSolution(APS) isseeking Program Managers(PMs)to overseeprogram areas within the Surveillance & Tactical Radars Solutions (STaRS) Portfolio.
Each role willcollaboratewith otherprogram managerstaff in setting program plan vision and tactical direction for programimplementationby multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the programs engineering operations supply chain finance mission assurance and program operations teams.
What You Will Do
Supportand presentProgram ManagementReviews (PMRs)Estimate at Completions (EACs) as well as coordinatingcustomerTechnical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
Coordinate and align interactions expectation and transactions betweencustomersand other primes
Developand implement programgrowthstrategies for domestic and international areas
Understandand representcustomerneedsto stakeholders
Developand maintainexcellentrelationshipswith thecustomercounterparts
Manageopportunity cost quality and schedule performance and technical aspects
Display strong communication influence management and presentation skills and comfortably interact with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of 8years of relevant experience (in areas to include program and/or project management integrated product team lead (IPTL) cost account management (CAM) etc)
Experiencesupportingcross-functionalteams
Experience with production and/or sustainment programs
Experienceengagingand reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
An activeand transferableSecret level U.S. government issued security clearance ispriorto start date. U.S. citizenship is as only U.S. citizens are eligible for asecurity clearance

The salary range for this role is 112000 USD - 224000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
