ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives on both strategy and execution someone ready to take our hiring efforts and employee engagement initiatives to the next level. This is a hands-on full-cycle recruiting role focused primarily on our Roxboro NC site.


Youll be working in a fast-paced environment with well-defined systems to help you succeed along with an amazing team that collaborates supports one another and shares a passion for building a strong people-first culture.


This role will require being onsite a few days each week at 6:30 a.m. with the flexibility to stay after hours as needed to meet operational demands. We will always aim to minimize after-hours work but some flexibility is essential to support hiring and onboarding needs across all shifts.


Attention to detail is critical in this position particularly during onboarding to ensure that all new employees are accurately and completely set up in our systems.
