Job Description
IAM Analyst
Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
The IAM Analyst will be responsible for analyzing gathering requirements creating and refining robust Identity Management processes and user stories for all products within operation. This position requires strong analytical ability organizational and communication skills. Strong knowledge of Identity management modules and processes leading to the understanding of the day-to-day challenges within the identity management space is a must. Good knowledge of coordination and management of project deliverables for small IAM projects and enhancements that include initiation planning execution and closing is a plus.
How You Will Make a Difference:
- Hands on design and development of process for IAM group to meet business objectives for new functional requirements and user stories.
- Apply continuous improvement initiatives in the Identity management program/processing areas including process modernization.
- Interact with leading internal/external experts vendors and other outside consultants to develop and implement enhancements.
- Provide hands on technical support for IAM and process validation.
- Assist in developing documents specs user stories process instructions and validation procedures.
- Optimize the performance and efficiency of all processes.
- Assist in the evaluation of process failures and participate in failure analysis and build corrective action plan to determine and implement design modification.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multiple sources of data and produce coherent data to management that makes sense.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in information technology (preferred) plus 5-7 years of experience in processing environment
- Will consider candidates with 7-10 years of experience in a processing environment in lieu of a degree
Relevant Skills Required:
- Ability to manage project level deliverables such as preparing project charter project plan communication plan and risk management etc. is a plus.
- Familiarity with IAM tools is a plus (i.e. Saviynt SailPoint)
- Experience with industry tools (i.e. Excel Word MS Project Visio ServiceNow SharePoint Microsoft Office)
- Experience in Quality Assurance Testing QA methodology is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate (oral and written) to various levels of an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with test management software (e.g. JIRA)
- Excellent organizational communication and teamwork skills
- Self-starter motivated
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to apply technical recommendations in a pragmatic hands on way to the actual operating processes.
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
- 10% travel as required.
- Lifting and/or bending lifting 10 lbs of weight.
Hiring Range:
$52000.00 USD - $65000.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
