Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights that drive product and business decisions.
- Build train and deploy machine learning models to optimize AdTech performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and creative data exploration to uncover opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of scalable data pipelines and tools.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.
- Strong background in AdTech or creative analysis.
- Proficiency in Python Pandas NumPy.
- Experience in AdTech video/creative analysis and building products for companies that serve thousands of customers.
- Solid experience with Git GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning models.
- Solid foundation in statistics and mathematics.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for data-driven innovation.
