DescriptionKent is looking for Project Secretary to join our Project Controls team at our Engineering office based at Woking. This is for a duration of 15 months.
Scope of Work:
Providing secretarial support to the project and client team
Creation transcribing and production of reports and letters
Organising meetings and arranging travel requirements.
Attending meetings and answering client staff queries.
Providing logistical support.
Assisting with travel bookings
PPE orders for the project
Updating CVs
Completing and chasing necessary PAAF paperwork and approvals
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge in the use of computers and several basic software applications such as Excel Word and PowerPoint for executing work processes
- Experience in formatting data into approved templates
- Skilled in oral and written communication.
- Strong communication leadership and organisational skills.
