Role Description

Build optimize and scale backend services in Go
Design and implement APIs and microservices powering financial applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products
Write clean maintainable secure and performant code backed by automated tests

Skills and Expertise

5 years of professional experience with Go (Golang)
Strong understanding of software engineering principles design patterns and best practices
Experience with REST APIs and microservices
Solid understanding of databases distributed systems and cloud-native development
Common data structures and algorithms knowledge
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Experience with Docker Kubernetes or serverless technologies on major cloud platforms
Knowledge of message queues (Kafka RabbitMQ etc.)
Background in financial systems
German language
