Position Overview
Walton Arts Center and Walmart AMP are seeking a creative strategic and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our Communications team. This role supports ticket sales and brand visibility through the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about arts and entertainment and experienced in digital and traditional marketing audience development and media planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead campaign development for concerts shows and seasonal events
- Manage media buys budgets timelines and creative production
- Develop marketing plans using digital print broadcast OOH and social
- Write ad copy and coordinate content creation with social and design teams
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Build partnerships and local promotions to drive ticket sales
- Collaborate across departments to support institutional goals
- Represent WAC/AMP at events and activations
Qualifications
- 35 years marketing experience; BA in Marketing Communications or related field preferred
- Proven success in digital campaigns social media and traditional advertising
- Strong writing organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads CRM tools
- Bonus: experience with ticketing systems (Tessitura Ticketmaster) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be able to work some nights weekends and holidays as needed
