Are you a skilled and dedicated automotive technician looking to take your career to the next level Burlington VW a top automotive dealership in the tri-state area is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose repair and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations brake inspections and more.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues and provide accurate recommendations for repairs.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.
- Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately documenting all work performed.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service for our customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and service techniques through ongoing training and certification programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic is required.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools equipment and software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
