Employment Type Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift either 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm.

Starting Pay Depends on Experience $18-$22

Required Education High School Diploma/GED

You will be responsible for completing maintenance work requests. Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance of floors pool carpentry mechanical electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance/repairs for lighting fixtures plumbing and HVAC systems

• Responsible for completing maintenance work requests

• Setting up rooms for meetings and events

• Hanging pictures and other maintenance tasks

• Provide building on-call services on a scheduled rotational basis including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Valid State of Wisconsin driver license

• Previous experience with providing maintenance to lighting fixtures plumbing and HVAC systems

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is a plus (Not certified No problem They will cover the cost for the right candidate to obtain this within the first six months!)
