Service BDC / Customer Care Representative
Bob Bell Chevrolet Bel Air

Were looking for a Service BDC / Customer Care Representative to join our growing service team!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming service calls scheduling appointments promptly and accurately.
  • Respond to internet leads and inquiries setting appointments for service visits.
  • Communicate and forward messages to the appropriate service personnel and departments.
  • Assist customers directly with questions concerns and service-related issues.
  • Coordinate rental vehicles for customers while their cars are in service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook (and comfortable learning new systems).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding service.
