In October 2018 the world was first introduced to Oche when our flagship venue opened in Oslo Norway. Our purpose was to pioneer a new kind of meeting place for friends families and colleaguesone that is inclusive and full of playful energy. THE ROLE
We are currently inneed of extra hands for our amazing team at Oche Gteborg. The position is as a starting point on a part time when necessary basis but with the possibility for expansion in the future. Perfect for someone looking for some extra hours of work while studying or to complement another part time job.
As an employee you will be a part of the overall operations of the venue. You will ensure that guest experience is second to none and that you offer efficient and quality drinks throughout your shift. Working closely as a team you will support management at all times and will also help drive sales by offering excellent customer service at all times We want to create a work environment where all our employees feel ownership of the concept and where everyone gets to develop both their professional and personal skills.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who loves working with people. Someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and is always thinking of ways to improve the customer journey. Being a team player and helping others is something that will come naturally to you and you will always be striving for perfection in the work you do. We are looking for someone who is curious patient proactive and service minded and has a real passion for the food and drink industry
Experience you will need:
- Some experience of working in a fast paced restaurant environment
- A willingness to learn
- Charisma and passion for the industry
- Good hospitality skills
- Strong communication skills.
