- Complete exterior & interior painting projects with precision.
- Perform prep work (scraping sanding caulking priming masking).
- Apply coatings with brushes rollers and sprayers.
- Maintain clean safe job sites.
- Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners.
- Deliver work that meets our high standards and local codes.
- 2 years of Commercial painting experience.
- Own crew tools ladders and reliable transportation.
- Ability to handle full-house projects efficiently.
- Professional appearance communication and conduct.
- Must carry General Liability Insurance ($1M min) Workers Comp (if applicable) and EIN.
- Steady Fall & Winter projects no downtime.
- Bi Weekly reliable pay.
- Consistent flow of high-value jobs.
- Potential to scale your earnings (top crews can exceed $50000/month!).
Compensation: Per project paid Bi weekly.
