Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing the book of business which includes a diverse range of accounts with a focus on contractors and construction. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mid-market accounts exceptional organizational skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude. This is an in-office position offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team of professionals.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $65000 - $75000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business.
- Provide full-service account management including quoting new and renewal business preparing presentations and assisting with endorsements and certificates as needed.
- Collaborate with producers on renewal meetings and market renewals effectively.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and delivering exceptional service.
- Work closely with a team of Account Managers and Assistants to ensure seamless operations and client support.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3 years of experience managing mid-market accounts and handling high-volume books of business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Personable team player go-getter multitasker and problem solver.
