You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFisher College a four-year educational institution located in the heart of historic Back Bay in Boston is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator - Payroll and HR Coordinator Payroll and Benefits is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources function with a primary focus on payroll processing benefits coordination and maintaining accurate employee data within the HRIS system. This position ensures the timely and accurate execution of payroll and benefits transactions while serving as a key operational partner to staff faculty and student workers.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills a strategic mindset and a passion for improving processes and operational efficiencypaired with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning collaboration and kind professional engagement across all levels of the the primary focus is on payroll and benefits the position offers broad exposure to core HR functions making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into an HR Generalist role.
This is an onsite position that requires attendance on Campus five days a week.
