Position Summary: We are looking forSenior Infrastructure Developersto join ourCloud Infrastructure Engineeringdivision inBangalore. Cloud Infrastructure Engineering ensures thecontinuous availabilityof the technologies and systems that are the foundation ofathenahealths solutions. We are directly responsible forthousands of serverspetabytes of storage and handlingthousands of web requests per second all while sustaining growth at ameteoric rate. We enable anoperating system for the medical officethat abstracts away administrative complexity leaving doctors free to practice medicine. But enough about us; lets talk aboutyou!

The Team: We are a group ofSite Reliability Engineerswho are passionate aboutreliability automation and scalability. We use anagile-based frameworkto execute our work ensuring we are always focused on the mostimportant and impactful needsof the business. We support systems in bothprivate and public cloudand makedata-driven decisionssuited for the needs of the business. We are relentless inautomating away manual repetitive workso we can focus on projects that helpmove the business forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Leverage the principles ofresilience engineeringto ensure thestability security and scalabilityof our systems and services.
- Ensure product success through the strategic use of technologies such asAWSTerraform.
- Developsoftware-based automated solutionsfor database administration tasks.
- Design and implementsoftware servicesthat supportInfrastructure-as-Codeprinciples.
Typical Qualifications
- Minimum 4 yearsof experience building scaling and supportinghighly available systems and services.
- Expertise in thedelivery maintenance and support of AWS services.
- Experience supporting applications onCloud working familiarity withAWS commonly used services(Computing/EC2 Database/RDS Networking Content Delivery Containers/ECS/EKS Storage/S3 CloudFormation Serverless Computing/Lambda Load Balancing).
- Exposure toconfiguration management toolslikePuppetis a plus.
- Experience withInfrastructure-as-Code toolssuch asTerraform.
- Proficiency in at least onescripting or programming language(Ansible Python Shell etc.) preferred.
- Experience implementing solutions usingSREDevOps principlesContinuous Integration & Continuous Deliverysource code management/version control(Bitbucket/GitHub).
- Familiarity withtelemetry observability andmonitoring/visualization tools(e.g. Prometheus Alertmanager Grafana or similar).
- Expertise in promoting and drivingsystem visibilityto aid in therapid detection and resolution of issues.
- Experience withGenAIpreferred.
