Were looking for a talented Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team in Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) on the 22.09.2025 specifically catering to the Belgian market in both French and Dutch. If youre passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for languages we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and provide top-notch customer service
- Assist customers with their inquiries issues and complaints
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Follow company guidelines and procedures
- Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Requirements
- C2 level proficiency in Dutch/Flemish and French
- B2 level or above in English
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work night shift hours and be part of a dynamic team
- Willingness to work hybrid in Madrid or Barcelona
- Availability to start 22.09.2025
What Our Client Offers:
- 38.5 hours per week with day schedules between 10:00 and 18:00 Monday to Sunday
- Starting salary of 22660 gross per year
- Hybrid working model with offices in Madrid and Barcelona
- 2 month fixed term contract that can be extended after
- Relocation can be offered if you are relocating from outside of Spain
