How Youll Make an Impact
Develop and manage master production schedules using SAP tools
Optimize resource allocation across manpower equipment and materials
Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams for real-time material flow
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to manage schedule changes
Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Assess and manage capacity constraints with engineering and manufacturing teams
Align production plans with revenue targets in partnership with sales and finance
Generate reports and KPIs to keep stakeholders informed
Your Background
Bachelors degree in business supply chain management or a related field or anassociate degree with a minimum of 05 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
3 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management
Proficiency in SAP (especially APO or similar planning modules) MRP for production planning and scheduling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
