Job Description
Burnett Medical Center is a rural Critical Access Hospital looking for an MLT/MT to work in our busy lab. We are located just over an hour from the Twin Cities.
SHIFT/HOURS: Part-time/Full-time position clinic and hospital labs includes days nights; along with every third weekend. Includes on-call rotation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generalist to perform phlebotomy urinalysis chemistry kit testing hematology coagulation immunohematology and molecular testing. Preventative maintenance on analyzers quality control.
Graduate from a Medical Laboratory Technician program.
ASCP/NCA certified.
Ability to multi-task work independently with great communication and customer service skills.
Prefer one (1) year hospital experience.
Epic experience a plus.
