Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by understanding their needs
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence and professionalism
- Explain product features benefits and available options clearly
- Build lasting relationships and follow up with prospective and current customers
- Learn and follow the full sales process including handling objections and closing sales
- Report daily activity and progress to Sales Management
What Were Looking For:
- No previous automotive experience required!
- Energetic outgoing and confident with a strong work ethic
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for customer service and helping others
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
