Hourly Rate: $22.00-$25.00 DOE

Full-Time On-site

Embark Behavioral Health in Greeley Coloradohas a vision of a world where every client makes peace with their past thrives in the present and creates a hopeful future hand in hand with the support of their family. Our goal is to lead as a top rated and effective short-term residential program for adolescents struggling with depression anxiety maladaptive behaviors attachment and mental health. Our focus is on empowering teenagers and healing generations.

Responsibilities

The Shift Supervisor is a core member of the Treatment Team. The mission of the Shift Supervisor is to ensure safety through adherence to all Policies and Procedures and to support clients in all aspects of daily life ensuring their needs are met. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for aligning with the Program Director in establishing and maintaining a positive staff culture at Embark. This position will be expected to develop their shift team to run their shift smoothly.

  • Achieve alignment with Program Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program.
  • Integrate Embark at Greeley culture norms and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul.
  • Facilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems.
  • Encourages our staff to provide consistency to our clients.
  • Implement and facilitate State required trainings.
  • Collaborate with various work groups.

Qualifications

What do you bring to this position

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent ;associates or bachelors in human services psychology criminal justice or related fielda plus but not a requirement!
  • Abilityto pass pre-employment drug screenin concordancewithColorado State laws
  • Abilityto passfederal and statebackground checks
  • CurrentColoradodrivers licenseor ability to obtain a Colorado drivers license upon hire
  • QMAP preferred but not required
  • Abilityto perform CPR andFirst Aid
  • Ability to applyprovided trainingin safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention
  • Preferred -one year of experienceworking with adolescent populations
  • Ability to plan implement and adjust toprogram or daily adjustments
  • Ability to develop staff lead a team and effectively demonstrate management duties
