Responsibilities

As a Night Assembly Operative your key responsibilities will include:

• Packing: Carefully package products to meet quality and safety standards.
• Operating Machinery: Operate and monitor assembly line equipment ensuring optimal performance while adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Picking Items: Accurately select and prepare raw materials or products for assembly.
• Conduct routine quality control checks to identify and report any defects or inefficiencies.
• Follow detailed instructions and procedures to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and resolve challenges.
• Adhere to company policies and workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly packing or machine operation (preferred but not requiredtraining provided).
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain focus during night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods as well as lifting and moving items as needed.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse or industrial setting (advantageous).

Your typical day as a Night Assembly Operative will include:

• Operating and monitoring machinery to assemble or package products efficiently.
