CRM & Sales Administration:Manage Salesforce (or similar CRM) to ensure accurate pipeline visibility forecasting and data integrity across accounts contacts and deals. Track sales activities and client interactions to support proactive follow-up.
Scheduling & Coordination:Oversee complex calendars schedule client calls/demos/meetings and prepare reps with relevant materials. Monitor upcoming engagements to ensure smooth execution.
Client Communication & Documentation:Draft and manage professional emails proposals contracts and sales collateral. Track progress of proposals and agreements to ensure timely client responses and satisfaction.
Deal Processing & Compliance:Process orders contracts and deal documents in alignment with internal policies. Collaborate with finance operations and legal to ensure smooth execution and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
Reporting & Analytics:Create weekly/monthly sales dashboards and track KPIs such as conversion rates pipeline velocity and revenue forecasts. Support leadership in forecasting and business reviews.
Sales Enablement:Provide reps with sales tools (pitch decks case studies brochures) and partner with marketing to customize collateral. Maintain a well-organized library of resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Act as a hub between sales marketing legal finance and operations to ensure follow-up on action items optimize processes and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
3 years in sales support sales operations or administrative roles within a B2B environment.
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred) and productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and client engagement best practices.
Familiarity with quoting tools order processing or contract workflows is a plus.
