Member Experience Specialist (weekends)

About the role

Walmart Family Whole Health & Fitness managed by HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Membership Sales Representative to join our teamin Bentonville this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Schedule: Part-time weekends only Saturday: 8am-2pm Sunday: 12pm-7pm

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service phone text and email communication.

• Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Membership Sales Director and General Manager.

• Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices improve processes and develop sales skills.

• Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.

• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• A passion for helping people live healthier lives.

• Ability to be a team player and work well with others.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• Basic computer skills (word excel etc.).

• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

• Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association American Red Cross National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
