Job Summary:
Must be able to commute to Burbank CA and/or Irvine on a hybrid work model (Tues/Wed/Thurs office days). Reports into Burbank as homebase about 95% of the time.
Reporting to the Director Community the Community Projects Manager is an exciting role in the ever-growing success of SEGAs many IPs and brands globally across various businesses including games consumer products animation and beyond.
The Community Projects Manager will support the Social Media Influencers and Community teams by managing and supporting large-scale cross-functional and cross-platform programs that drive the strategic goals of the Community at SEGA.
You will serve as the bridge between critical business functions delivering on the end-to-end scoping planning execution and launch of initiatives to support the day-to-day operations of the Community at SEGA. This highly organized individual must come with experience working with cross functional teams and high level executives and be able to work with and influence stakeholders across entire organizations throughout SEGA.
The ideal candidate for this role has a minimum of two to four years of Project Program and/or Community Management experience in the gaming or consumer product industry and is passionate about games and players.
