Permanent Position Residential Development Salary up to 80000 DOE

About the Role:
Join a leading Irish developer renowned for delivering prestigious residential projects. As a Project Quantity Surveyor youll play a pivotal role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of a large-scale housing development in Clondalkin.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
Monitor and control project costs throughout the development lifecycle
Liaise with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements
Provide regular financial reports to senior management
What We Are Looking For:
A third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
3 years experience in a QS role preferably within residential construction
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
