Job Responsibilities

  • Drive HNW business sales in brokerage channel especially in International Brokers segment and achieve sales target
  • Support brokers to identify business opportunity by providing professional advisory on their inquiries and conduct training on HNW business
  • Establish new business relationship with contract negotiation and continue to grow robust partnership with existing brokers and other outside entities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders included but not limited to Legal and Compliance Product Marketing and Life Operations team
  • Develop sales plan key marketing strategies and initiatives to motivate the brokers in promoting our brand and products to further grow sales performance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5-10 years of working experience with key focus in HNW segment (candidate with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager Position)
  • Good understanding of insurance company and/or bank operations and culture
  • Life insurance front line sales experience
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of HNW business and its target customers
  • Proven record with sound reputation in serving in the international broker and/or private bank insurance sector
  • Able to identify and uncover the needs from business partners; with extensive network to connect the senior management of business partners
  • Be the experts on products and market trend/ development and build long term solutions to strengthen HNW business
  • Highly motivated with global perspective with trust and integrity
  • Good presentation and excellent communications skill
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese both written and spoken.
