Systems & MI Analyst
Swindon
Up to 30000 DOE
Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00pm - 15:30pm finish on a Friday
We have partnered with a well established business in the Financial Sector who arelooking for an experiencedSystems & MI analyst to join them on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for Managing Practice systems (primarily Salesforce) and delivering accurate management information (MI) to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate weekly and ad-hoc MI reports; maintain Practice targets and pipeline data.
Act as Salesforce subject matter expert ensuring data accuracy system improvements and user support.
Resolve day-to-day system queries and support colleagues with OneDrive Salesforce and other IT processes.
Train and onboard new and existing staff on IT systems.
Ensure client files and systems remain secure and compliant.
Liaise with external IT suppliers Head Office and internal managers on escalated issues.
Monitor outstanding client reviews and support administrative processes.
Skills & Qualities Required:
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Advanced Excel and spreadsheet experience.
Confident in Microsoft Outlook and electronic data systems.
Ability to explain technical systems simply to others.
Organised proactive and approachable team player.
Experience in maintaining systems processes and procedures.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
