Overview:
**Associates degree required**
0.001 FTE 16 hours per month.
Day shift Monday-Friday. Shifts vary daily between: 6:00am-2:30pm 7:00am-3:30pm 7:30am-4:00pm late shift.
Must be a graduate of approved school of surgical technology. CST preferred.
Minimum pay is $25.55 per hour. Full-time benefits eligible.

Job Description:
- Prepares operating rooms for surgical procedures by setting up surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assists surgeons performing surgeries by passing instruments and supplies.
- Maintains a sterile environment in the operating room by following proper sterilization techniques.
- Monitors patients vital signs during surgeries and reports any abnormalities to the surgical team.
- Handles specimens collected during surgeries and ensures they are properly labeled and sent to the laboratory for analysis.
- Cleans and restocks operating rooms after surgeries are completed.
Education Requirement:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program required.

- Demonstrates versatility and adaptability.
- Demonstrates a theoretical and clinical ability to conform to standards of asepsis and infection control.
Experience:
Operating or delivery room experience preferred.

Must be able to stand a minimum of 5 hours consecutively frequently.
