Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer or Technical Consultant with a strong background in ITSM CMDB and CSM modules. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience holds CAD (Admin) and CAD (Developer) certifications and has hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow development. Experience with system integrations is essential.
Responsabilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM CMDB and CSM modules
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs MID Servers and other technologies
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using JavaScript Flow Designer Business Rules UI Policies and Script Includes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure platform stability performance and scalability through best practices and proactive monitoring
- Participate in code reviews testing and deployment activities
- Maintain documentation for configurations customizations and integrations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow as a Developer or Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of ITSM CMDB and CSM modules
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs MID Server etc.)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
