Work alongside creative producer and marketing DRI to hone concepts from a practicality standpoint taking in consideration timeline and budget. Identify creative collaborators (illustrators music video directors editors designers) to execute the final concept. Present concepts to artist and artist management for approval. Identify and build 360 brand recognition for each priority artist: festival appearances/bookings features and ancillary announcements. Work alongside Brand Partnership team to identify and target brands that are aligned with each of the artists. Ensure that any brand partnerships are executed based on agreed upon contract terms and liaise between artist management Apple/Platoon and the brand contact to ensure smooth delivery. Develop the creative vision for tour visuals for priority artists that align with the album campaign creative. Identify Apple-approved vendors who can execute on the approved vision including set designers/production and motion graphics designers. Oversee artist tour managers and logistics teams to ensure that any creative visuals from accreditation to screen content are consistent across the entire tour. Ensure social content is captured to spec and aligned with Marketing DRIs plan to drive streams to the new project. Provide video treatments for the campaign based on artists vision and brand. Work with creative producer and production company to execute vision across all phases from pre-production shoot and editing/grade. Manage artist and artist management on expectations across all phases of production. Work with Marketing and Sales teams to identify and deliver creative assets for campaign rollout. Work with Marketing Sales and Artist Management to identify activations and attendance for US-specific markets. Work with US Radio promoters and PR to provide any creative asset requests (i.e. audio drops exclusive press stills). Build out auxiliary creative teams to support each artist such as Stylists Choreographers Glam Brands who are based in the US and can help impact the US market. Coordinate between artist management and Apple Music / Platoon for any Platoon initiated campaigns and projects. Work alongside Apple Music editors and Platoon executive teams to ideate and execute artists roles in specific campaigns. Oversee artists participation in these campaigns as agreed upon between Apple Music / Platoon and Artist. International Travel required 20% and Domestic Travel required 40%. 40 hours/week. At Apple base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $178194 - $230000/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills qualifications experience and location. Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Music Visual Artist Film Photography Design or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Managing projects across global brand initiatives navigating international teams managing multiple priority artist campaigns making informed decisions under tight deadlines and maintaining communication throughout the production and post production process.
Ideating the creative direction managing the execution balancing production budgets and identifying and hiring production teams.
Defining in-house digital video content efforts and collaborating on shoot logistics across multiple teams.
Curating and programming video content for the approval of all necessary stakeholders.
Analyzing industry best practices and trends to optimize streaming performance of the artist campaign and providing creative insights to the digital marketing team to help create content that grows the artists fanbase and streams.
Identifying and managing photographers directors and their teams to ensure consistent quality of work as well as executing the vision of the artist campaign.
Managing outside vendors developing internal production processes and fostering lasting relationships with key collaborators and agencies.
Planning and overseeing post-production providing feedback to editing special effects sound foley and overall tone.
Presenting original concepts and ideas that reflect the artists music / campaign; communicating how the visuals will be shot and where they will be marketed as dictated by the go-to-market plan.
Coordinating with the marketing team to ensure that the creative outputs align with the marketing strategy for key tentpole moments across out of home digital social influencer and event marketing.
