As a Client Service Representativeheres a big-picture view of what youll do:

• Assistour Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
• Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
• Verify documentation on employees schedules
• Assistwith office functions such as processing weekly payroll
• Act as a customer services representative for thePersonal Care and Support Servicesclients and employees.

A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:

• One (1) year experience in health care temporarystaffing or related industry preferred.
• Experience scheduling is a plus.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Requires excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in afast paced environment.
• Proven organization skills and detail orientation
• Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
