Job Summary
This role will oversee a manufacturing plant and is responsible for site operations. Thisincludes the safety and well-being of associates managing and optimizing the productionprocess collaborating with peer leadership to align strategies ensuring product qualityand on-time delivery times improving manufacturing efficiency resolving conflictsconstructively and driving the organization toward common goals. Oversee all aspects ofthe manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products ensuring efficient andcost-effective operations. The Operations Manager will maintain a visible presence on theshop floor to foster strong relationships with employees at all levels while balancing dailyexecution and assisting the Director of Operations with long-range organizational goals andlean initiatives.
