Fulfil the role as Global BI and Reporting Consultant in the Global Data Management & Reporting -transform the Global Reporting Team that translates data into valuable information for internal business stakeholders.

You work with data in our enterprise data warehouse and the Global Reporting Datamart on the Azure cloud platform. This is the source for all trusted and verified global reporting in Power BI and fed from all of DLLs front and back-office systems. You will drive the further development of our next generation reporting and dashboards that support 2000 business users across all functional domains and 25 countries.

You actively manage (senior) business and corporate stakeholders in addressing their reporting needs. This requires a keen understanding of the business systems and processes.

You are expected to build structural high quality and fully automated reporting solutions using the full power of the Microsoft platform. By intelligently combining tools like Power BI Copilot and Power Automate with communication and collaboration tools like Teams deliver insights exactly at the moment and place where business decisions need to be addition you will be a primary contact for the day-to-day reporting tasks and provide training and ad hoc support to business users globally on the various reporting resources and dashboards available to them. This is a very dynamic environment where demands constantly develop and change.

Day to day:

• You assume a leading role in the development of our global management reporting environment building reports and dashboards that support self-service by our 2000 business users globally.
• You are a confident and persuasive communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and driving alignment across complex initiatives.
• You understand the business processes and translate business needs into user-friendly reports and dashboards with the right trade-offs between functional desire and technical possibilities.
• You can oversee DLLs organizational structure and the entire value chain and understand the key needs and challenges of each part of it. You can oversee our complex system landscape from data source to information product.
• You are constantly looking for opportunities to innovate proactively applying the latest tools and sharing ideas and insights with the Global Reporting Team and business stakeholders.
• You manage projects that involve the development of new reporting solutions requested by business stakeholders. You define and plan the next steps and administer the backlog of planned activities in DevOps. You translate functional requirements into technical requirements for the Global Reporting Datamart that is managed by IT. You manage dependencies on other teams and keep stakeholders engaged throughout the process.

Essentials:

• Masters degree in Business Intelligence / Data Science or a related discipline.

• Several years of experience in a working environment where the following skills are required in the day to day job.

• Strong analytical reporting and visualisation skills. Experience with Power BI Power Automate Copilot SQL or equivalent.

• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills. Ability to communicate with confidence and persuasion including having difficult conversations with (senior) business stakeholders.

• True team player with a collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work autonomously in a senior capacity.

• Ability to translate data from multiple technical data sources into intuitive reporting solutions tailored to business needs and effectively explain to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks where priorities may change and drive the development of data-driven solutions across our global business landscape.

• Affinity with working in a diverse and international environment.
