Gemeinsam mit unserem Assistenzteam fungieren Sie als erster Ansprechpartner in der Geschftsstelle & begeistern unsere Kunden mit Ihrer hohen Servicekompetenz
Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Geschftsstelle & Fakturierung im Bereich Debitorenmanagement
Sie sind fr das TV / Sachverstndigen Management verantwortlich und untersttzen bei Einreichungen und SV-Befunden sowie bei der Kommunikation mit Sachverstndigen
Sie bernehmen tatkrftig verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in der Projektadministration
Mit Ihrer genauen Arbeitsweise garantieren Sie fr die regelmige Pflege der Technikdatenbank unserer Aufzge & Fahrtreppen
Sie bereiten unsere Vertrge mit viel Liebe zum Detail auf und erstellen fr unsere Kunden mageschneiderte und fachlich korrekte Angebote
Mit Ihrem Koordinationsgeschick ermglichen Sie einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschftes und schaffen so Freirume fr unser Team
