Work Schedule:
100% day shift. Hours will be scheduled Monday Friday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at 1 South Park St in Madison WI.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to:

  • Assist with daily staffing schedules and weekly/monthly float requests including provider scheduling template management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Surgical Case Scheduling and Urology teams including running daily huddles attending staff meetings and interviews ordering supplies and creating and tracking data using spreadsheets and reports.
  • Track the maintenance and allocation of scopes used in clinic.
  • Complete daily facility chart audits.
  • Assists with reviewing and correcting payroll.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role Required
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a health care setting Preferred
