Reports to: Country Manager

Position Role: An experienced salesperson with technical knowledge to provide appropriate product solutions for our customers and collaborate closely with our suppliers to support technical projects.

  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing suitable product recommendations and technical advice
  • Act as the main contact point for assigned product lines including communication and coordination with suppliers. Stay informed about our product portfolio upcoming launches and competitor offerings
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Customer Service Procurement and Credit to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance customer activity and market trends. Prepare regular reports and share progress and challenges with the management team
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions customer interactions and documentation to support internal processes and decision-making
  • Bachelors degree in chemical engineering or chemistry
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales of raw materials in the field of coating
  • Excellentknowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Ability to travel
  • Build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances
  • Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals
  • Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
