Createcuratemanageandmaintainouronlineandsocialmedia(SM)presence.
Assistincreating/editingcontentandupdatestowebsitesandprintedmaterials;implementastrategyto maintain consistency in message across all marketing activities.
Stayinformedaboutmarketingtrendsandrelevantindustrytopics;introducenew/relevantmarketingideas and programs to position our firm as a leader in our space.
Attendrelevantindustrynetworkingevents/conferencesandotherappropriategatherings.

Companyevents:takepictures/videosofcompanyactivitiesforSM.
Coordinateconferencesponsorships/exhibitionpaperwork;createandmanageexhibitmaterials/orwork with the graphics team to develop new materials as needed.
Assistanddesigndigitalmediacampaignsalignedwithbusinessgoals
Developimplementandmaintaineffectiveinternalcommunicationstrategies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelorsdegreeincommunicationsbusinessmarketinggraphicdesignorrelatedfield
3-5yearsofexperienceworkingwithintheAECIndustryishighlypreferred
StrongoralwrittenandverbalskillsintheEnglishlanguagearerequired
Strong organizational skills are required
ProficiencyusingInDesignAdobeCreativeSuitesandMicrosoftOfficeSuite(MicrosoftWordExcel PowerPoint SharePoint and Outlook)
Proficiencywithlayoutsandgraphics
KnowledgeableinSocialMediaManagementincludingFacebookLinkedInInstagramTwitteretc.
Experience using CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot Deltek Vision etc.)
