The Opportunity
Were seeking a Clinical Supervisor who is not only a skilled clinician but also a mentor culture-builder and this role youll guide a talented team of licensed clinicians and interns ensuring the highest standards of care compliance and professional growth.

This is an opportunity to blend direct clinical leadership with organizational strategy offering a balance of supervision client care oversight and staff development. As a Supervisor at AWL youll directly shape clinical practice foster retention and drive quality outcomes for the diverse communities we serve.

  • $35- $45 per hour (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for up to 10 licensed clinicians and/or interns.
• Conduct individual and group supervision sessions (up to 20 hrs./month).
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation to ensure compliance with insurance Joint Commission and COMAR 10.63 standards.
• Foster staff engagement retention and professional growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen service delivery outcomes and workforce development.
• Model and uphold a culture of equity accountability and innovation in behavioral health services.

What You Bring to AWL

• Active Maryland licensed with board-approved supervision credential (LCSW-C(S).
  
• Masters degree in social work counseling marriage & family therapy or psychology.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Proficiency with EMR systems Microsoft Office and telehealth platforms.
• Strong expertise in DSM-5 diagnosis and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Demonstrated success in leadership staff supervision and compliance.
