You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailDeliver paper and packages. Binding tabbing folding inserting labeling bulk mailings hand collating confidential shredding and various duties related to department functions.
Provide and maintain a high level of customer service by assisting faculty staff and students regarding mail/shipping/receiving printing photocopiers supplies work orders etc.
Sort mail.
Back up for all mailing/shipping/receiving as needed both incoming and outgoing.
Log in all packages received by Mail and Print Services that have a tracking number.
Reconcile cash drawers and balance daily receipts prepare reconciliation and deposit.
Alert supervisor of major errors.
Cross-reference deliveries to the Purchase Order when needed noting delivery serial numbers asset tags etc. when needed.
Distribute mail as needed.
Make campus deliveries of mail packages duplicating orders and paper.
Process mail forwarding and return to sender mail.
Prepare forms as required by UPS FedEx and USPS.
Receive and prioritize incoming calls to the bookstore and mail and print services.
Assist caller direct to appropriate person or take and relay messages.
Assist as cashier for the bookstore.
Assist with daily sales operation in the bookstore includes keeping shelves and sales floor well stocked maintained and merchandised.
Assist with end of term buyback.
Must be current degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 6 credits.
Must maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.0.
