Job Summary

THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As an E-commerce Stylist you are responsible for the preparation and execution of our photo shoots to achieve the daily targets. Reporting to the Lead Styling and Hair&Make-Up you will work closely with the Photographers and Hair & Make-Up Artists. You will use your strong fashion and brand sense to create inspirational visual content ensuring style continuity and elevating our customer shopping experience.

Collaborate with photographers studio teams and other departments to ensure smooth execution of shoots adhering to workflows and e-commerce guidelines.
Maintain consistent high-quality imagery by owning on-set quality assurance and ensuring all outputs meet brand standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance studio efficiency and deliver seamless content production.
Style on-brand trend-driven looks that resonate with the target audience making informed decisions based on current fashion trends and customer preferences.
Direct models on set and work with photographers to produce visually engaging commercially effective imagery.
Stay up-to-date on emerging trends brands and competitors providing creative input to keep styling fresh and relevant.

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

You have at least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce studio or e-commerce styling experience as a freelancer thrive in structured process-driven environments and understand the nature of e-commerce fashion retail.
You have organisational skills capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and ready to hit daily shooting targets.
You understand the end-to-end workflow of an e-commerce studio and proactively seek ways to improve processes and outputs.
You have solid experience in e-commerce fashion styling with a portfolio highlighting expertise in both womenswear and menswear. Sports styling expertise is a plus.
You possess good knowledge of fashion trends designers and customer preferences with the ability to adapt to diverse brand identities and clothing categories.
You confidently make styling decisions on set to align with commercial goals to create quality imagery.
