Support the Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) business as a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) 2 for Philips customers in the Mullica Hill NJ area. This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install troubleshoot service and maintain equipment at customer sites; generate service revenue; adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements.
Your role:
Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on equipment utilizing the service manual OJT OEM or 3rd Party training.
The identification and resolution of customer issues providing the customer with the appropriate communication and involving appropriate site service personnel.
Maintaining customer satisfaction is the primary goal. Therefore the BMET must demonstrate ownership in difficult circumstances and show a sense of urgency about delivering results ability to establish the priorities of the moment by assessing the priorities communicated by the Site Manager the Site Team or the customer.
Independently complete PMs FCOs installations and all related tasks and independently diagnose resolve electronic network and mechanical problems and resolve customer issues.
Yourethe right fit if:
Located in or near the Mullica Hill NJ area.
Associates degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
3 years of experience servicing medical equipment; general biomedical defibrillators ventilators and/or anesthesia experience highly preferred.
Working knowledge of electronic circuit boards schematics processors and computer hardware including applications programming and systems functionality.
Ability to understand and apply electronic mechanical and networking theory to install diagnose and repair equipment including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and driving record that is compliant with Philips Fleet Policy.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for thisposition.
You must be able to:
Work in an office/home office and/or remote setting as well as in a hospital/healthcare environment; adhere to requirements.
Work flexible hours (based on business needs to include overtime weekends and on-call rotations).
Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials; wear all required personal protective equipment.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

The hourly pay range for this position in NJ is $28.00 to $44.00 plus overtime eligible.
This role also includes field service and lead generation incentive bonus plans on-call pay company fleet/car training and advancement opportunities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive plan field service incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
