Within this the AI and Automation team is now forming and this is your chance to shape it from the ground up.
Your mission
As Director of AI and Automation you lead the development and execution of our AI strategy focusing on internal process excellence. You build and guide a team of five AI specialists working closely with Process Leads Architects and Process Owners. Together you identify opportunities design solutions and deliver measurable impact.
You:
- Drive AI strategy and execution across key business processes.
- Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions for automation and optimization.
- Collaborate across IT operations and business units to ensure adoption.
- Monitor performance and adjust based on data and feedback.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
This is a leadership role with direct reports and high visibility across the organization. Youre located in Stockholm Tampere or Dublin and have hybrid flexibility. Fully remote work is possible within European working hours. You report to the Chief Digital Officer and Head of Digital Business Capabilities.
Your profile
With a strong foundation in AI automation and digital transformation you bring both strategic vision and hands-on leadership. Youve led cross-functional teams built capabilities from the ground up and know how to turn complex challenges into scalable solutions. An advanced degree backs your technical expertise and youre confident navigating large organizations and influencing senior stakeholders.
Youre not just driving initiatives youre building a team shaping a culture and setting direction. You know how to inspire coach and challenge others to grow. Whether its aligning with business goals or translating tech into impact you lead with clarity purpose and a collaborative mindset.
