Location: Lambeth London
Contract Type: Full-time/1 Year Contract
Salary: 440-500 Per Week

What Youll Do
Lead the design and delivery of interventions for individuals and groups.
Use data to identify needs track impact and adapt strategies.
Work with colleagues families and external partners to provide holistic support.
Share best practice and deliver training to staff.
Champion inclusion wellbeing and high expectations.
About You
Experience in leading or delivering intervention programmes (education social care or community).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to coach motivate and inspire colleagues and learners.
Problem-solving mindset with evidence of achieving impact.
Passionate about creating positive measurable change.
