Our Vandalia OH location is currently seeking a highly motivated Rotational Program Co-Op to join our team.
Location:Onsite in Vandalia OH (local candidates within driving distance preferred we do not offer relocation or travel stipend)
Role: Spring 2026Rotational Program Co-Op
Your responsibilities will be to:
Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
Participate in and select 2-3 hands-on projects related to:
Engineering- Mechanical Electrical Process Industrial Application Warehouse Automation New Product Development
Quality
Operations
Marketing
Contribute to large-scale projects taking on a leading role.
Build professional relationships across various departments.
Our requirements:
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Must have at least 3 semesters (spring summer fall) remaining to qualify for the program.
Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 16-week rotation.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering business finance etc.).

New Years Day Good Friday Memorial Day Juneteenth July 4th Labor Day Thanksgiving Friday after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day and New Years Eve. The additional Holidays will fall in the week between Christmas and New Years. This policy is under review and can be changed.
