Job Summary
Lead from the front!Were looking for a hands-on crew leader to run landscape enhancement and hardscape projects. Youll install sod plants mulch and pine strawoperate heavy equipment drive trucks with trailers and make sure jobs get done right on time and safely. Physical work real results.
What Youll Do:
Lead a crew on landscape and hardscape installs
Lay sod plant flowers/shrubs install mulch and pine straw
Operate skid steers and landscape equipment
Drive truck and trailer transport gear and materials
Lift and move up to 100 lbs
Keep job sites safe clean and efficient
Train crew and ensure high-quality results
What You Bring:
2 years of landscape/hardscape experience
Crew leadership skills
Equipment operation and truck/trailer driving ability
Strong work ethic and physical stamina
Valid drivers license (CDL a plus)
Work Conditions:
Outdoor physical fast-paced work in all weather. Youll get dirty and stay active.
