Airgas is seeking a Foreman for our Santa Fe Springs CA facility.
The Foreman will help oversee tasks such as production packaging of dry ice shipping preparation and loading/unloading products in
commercial trucks.
Must be willing to work overtime.
Must be willing to learn Airgas Calculation Sheet End of Shift reports/checklist and CMS
addition to running the floor efficiently to production demand.
Job requires standing 95% of the day reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Computer Literacy a plus.
These positions to be filled as soon as possible.
Like any role we must adhere to the facility work rules and meet the regular productivity quality and
safety standards. The normal duties may also include:
Loading and packaging dry ice on a daily basis in accordance with quality standards.
Operating forklift and/or pallet jack on a daily basis to maneuver and load dry ice boxes on
production floor and trailers.
Knows and complies with all safety and quality policies and procedures.
Clean-up functions including but not limited to sweeping washing painting trash removal and pick up

Starting Pay: $31.25/hr - Please note that the hourly base pay information is a general guideline only. All other terms and conditions of employment subject to current Teamster
At least 3 years experience
Experience with plant start-up and shut-down.
Experience with a Slab Saw 1/4 saw Airline Saw Main Saw presses cold jets and box washing
start up.
Must speak fluent English/Bi-lingual is a plus.
Must be physically fit.
