Job Summary

Les Stanford Buick GMC is looking for a competitive motivated team driven professional to join us as an Automotive Business Development Center Representative. We are a fast growing family owned dealership that provides a relaxed friendly work culture with a reputation built on integrity and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with hours Monday thru Friday no Weekend Hours!! Call center collections and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required.

You will

  • Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for both Sales and Service
  • Direct customers to product information resources including those available on the internet
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

You have

  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook as well as CRM experience preferred
  • Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR drug test credit report and valid driver license
