Early Talent Program Overview
The Terex Early Talent Program is a strategic initiative designed to identify and develop the future leaders of our global organization. Opportunities include three month internships six month co-ops and three year long rotational Leadership Development Programs (LDP). More information about our LDP programs can be found at sets our Early Talent programs apart is that from day one students are immersed in meaningful real-world projects that directly contribute to business outcomes. We invest in the personal and professional growth of our early talent with the goal of converting high-performing interns and co-ops into full-time LDP participants. Early talent candidates are intentionally selected to identify individuals with long-term leadership potential. We then provide individuals the tools mentorship and experiences needed to build a strong foundation for career growth.

What Youll Do
During your time with us you will:
Provide day-of coordination for all summer intern events and have ownership over creating at least one intern event from start to finish
Register for and attend university career fairs in October and train representatives on recruitment process
Phone screen schedule interviews and act as primary recruiter for all 2027 internship positions
What Youll Bring
Currently pursuing a business human resources psychology or other bachelors degree or higher
Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months in Bothell WA (in-person minimum of 3 days per week)
Career interest in human resources
Nice to Haves
Previous internship experience
Are adaptable innovative and proactive
Experience with Excel x-lookups and other advanced functions for organizing data
The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay.
