Job Summary

REQUIREMENT:

Enterprise Program Manager - Executive

Columbia South Carolina (Hybrid)---Locals Only

Need Overall 10Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Engineering Public Administration or Business Administration
PMP PgMP or equivalent project/program management certification
8 years managing large-scale IT/enterprise system programs
5 years with asset management systems and business process transformation
5 years with legacy system modernization and ERP/GIS/asset tracking integration
Experience with SharePoint ESRI GIS or SQL-based systems
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams in public sector transportation or infrastructure domains.
Exceptional communication documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:

ITIL Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or process improvement certification
Familiarity with federal/state transportation systems data reporting and FHWA compliance
Prior experience with SCDOT or other DOT agencies
Experience managing multi-system integration (transportation asset LRS GIS platforms)
