Job Summary

Florence Coffee Co. is looking for a shop supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive ambitious and reliable. Barista experience is required.

Pay depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Serve customers and train employees how to serve customers
Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Must be able to work independently and in as a team in a fast paced environment
Follow health and safety guidelines and hold the team to the same standards
Interact with customers and employees regularly and professionally
Accurately handle cash operations
Lead the Florence team in daily operations
Bi-Weekly Email: Bi-weekly report of all shop happenings
Bank Deposits: Counting reporting and sending money 3 days a week to the bank
Supervisor Meetings: Supervisor meeting attendance - Monthly via in person
Shop Meetings: Quarterly shop meetings to relay any information given at supervisor meetings.
Shop Standards: Be knowledgeable of recipes prices products rules and morale by being proactive positive and constructive.
Be knowledgeable and Set a Good Example

Qualifications

High integrity with a great attendance record
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment
Ability to work effectively without direct supervision
